Following the COVID-19 pandemic & guidelines set forth by the UK Government, we have evaluated our infrastructure & process to ensure the safety of employees & our guests.
We kindly ask to be informed of any allergies we need to be aware of in advance of your visit.
At Carters, we try to make the fewest number of changes possible when accommodating dietary restrictions, so that our guests may enjoy the experience as originally intended. If the dietary requirements dictate comprehensive changes in the menu that will result in a compromise of standards, we may not be able to accommodate your request. We are not able to make substitutions for aversions. When booking a reservation through OpenTable, please note all food allergies in as much detail as possible.
Our menu focuses on fresh seasonal ingredients, and unfortunately, we cannot cater for vegan or dairy-free requirements.
While we do our best to accommodate mild allergies but cannot guarantee that we work in a nut, dairy, gluten or allergen-free environment given the complexity of our menu and the use of rare foraged ingredients.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

We are not able to cancel reservations, If you are unable to join us on the date and time of your reservation, we will be able to reschedule your booking to another date with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Please arrive promptly for your confirmed reservation time, we have our Carters bar and the bar at Eighteen to enjoy a drink before the experience.

Absolutely no dress code. Feel free to dress up if you like but don’t feel obliged. Whatever makes you comfortable so you can enjoy your experience. Just remember that the restaurant is situated on the eighteenth floor, so please dress appropriately to maintain a comfortable dining experience.
All bookings will require a pre-payment deposit of half of the current menu price, this will be charged during the booking process.
Ticket prices are inclusive of the evenings menu and Vat. We add 12.5% discretionary service charge to all bills.
Any additional purchases made while at the restaurant will be charged that same evening, we can also offer advice on wine/food pairings during our time at Eighteen, our menu is seasonal and changes daily, so please feel free to ask on the day.
We are happy to accept walk-in reservations at any time, depending on availability. We strongly recommend making a prior reservation to avoid disappointment as availability for walk-in reservations can be very limited.

*Reservations are released on the first of the month, for the month ahead.

If you insist on leaving an additional gesture of gratitude in the form of a tip this will be shared amongst the entire team. Your generosity is greatly appreciated but not necessary – simply knowing we’ve made your experience more memorable is all we hope for.

Unfortunately, Eighteen is not suitable for children or babies.

To reserve a table of more than 18 people, please contact us directly. We also offer a range of custom options for private hire of the restaurant in its entirety.
The boardroom features a large, 18-seat circular communal table. Please let us know if you prefer a window seat or have any mobility limitations or are wary of heights, and we will find the most comfortable spot for you.
