Can I cancel a reservation once the booking has been made?

We are not able to cancel reservations, If you are unable to join us on the date and time of your reservation, we will be able to reschedule your booking to another date with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Please arrive promptly for your confirmed reservation time, we have our Carters bar and the bar at Eighteen to enjoy a drink before the experience.

If you require any assistance with travel or accommodation, please contact us directly for advice, we have partnered with The Grand Hotel, who are offering our guests 20% off their stay. Please email us for the discount code needed to book with a discount.
